Horton’s Camping Resort features a variety of campsites for tents and recreational vehicles. Spacious non-hookup campsites measure approximately 30'x50' in open grassy, partially wooded or fully wooded areas. Some of these sites in our prime area are restricted to a maximum of 2 adults with no children, for those wanting a quiet getaway area.

Campers should bring their own charcoal grills or propane stoves because local fire laws prohibit wood fires or ground fires. The R.V. section of Horton’s can accommodate the largest R.V.’s with ease; these partial and full hookups have mostly 30 amp service. Most R.V. sites are located in an open grassy area with some shade trees.

5% Weekly & 10% Monthly discounts (paid in advance.)
$2.00 per day off-season discount before June 15th and after September 15th.

Reservation Requests

You are encouraged to use the following on-line form in order to request a reservation at Horton’s Camping Resort. We will make every effort to respond to your request as promptly as possible, generally within 24 hours.

Please understand that this is strictly a Reservation Request Form. You do not have an actual reservation until it has been confirmed, and a reservation cannot be confirmed until your deposit has been received. If space is not available for the date(s) requested, we will convey our regrets. If space is available, we will send you a tentative confirmation, with a reference number and a link to a secure site where you will be asked to enter your credit card information to cover the necessary reservation deposit. (A minimum deposit of $50.00 per week for non-hookup and $100.00 per week for hookup sites is required for each reservation.) For this reason, it is necessary for you to include a valid e-mail address with all reservation requests, and it will be your responsibility to check your e-mail in a timely manner. If you fail to submit your credit card information within 48 hours of the time when your tentative confirmation has been sent, your initial reservation request shall be considered null and void.

Once we notify you that a site is available, you must finalize the reservation process by making arrangements for the payment of the required reservation deposit. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard at our Secure Credit Card Payment website. You may also fax your credit card information to us at (508) 487-9598, or you may phone us with your credit card information at (508) 487-1220. Personal checks are accepted for advance reservation deposits only, and should be mailed to P.O. Box 308, North Truro, MA 02652. No personal checks will be accepted within 30 days of arrival or at the time of check-in. Regardless of the method of payment which you choose, please be aware that you do not have a confirmed reservation until your deposit has been processed. To avoid disappointment, reservations should be made well in advance of your expected visit, particularly during the peak season (6/15 - 9/15 and holiday weekends, when a 3 night minimum reservation is required.)

We cannot guarantee specific sites, but we’ll try our best to honor your request. Reserve early!

A two weeks advance notice is required for the cancellation or alternation of any part of this reservation. No refunds without this two week notice. A seven-day notice is required for any alteration to reservations. With a 14 day notice, a $5.00 per week fee will be charged for any cancellations and/or a $5.00 fee for alterations to any portion of a reservation. Sorry, NO DOGS! NO Wood Fires!
